Shubham EPC successfully executed the construction of the VVIP Circuit House in Pune. This project included the creation of a guest house for VVVIP individuals, including C.M. & DCM suites. The buildings were 5-star green rated, and the design was inspired by vernacular architecture. The use of shaded courtyards, transition spaces, and jalis in the form of louvers contributed to the building’s contemporary architectural style while maintaining a connection to vernacular ethos. The focus was on creating a climate-responsive building with passive strategies for thermal and visual comfort, along with innovative active strategies for energy efficiency, resulting in a successful green building
