The Department of Civil Engineering at the College of Engineering Pune, Shivajinagar, takes on the significant project of constructing the Center of Excellence building complex at the COEP Chikhali Campus. With a contract period of 540 days, the project encompasses both civil and mechanical and electrical (M&E) works. The built-up area spans 8,650 square meters (93,108 square feet), reflecting the scale and vision of the undertaking. Valued at approximately INR 370 million, the scope of work includes internal electrical and HT (substation work), minor cable work, HVAC (VRF system and ventilation fan), as well as fire-fighting systems with pumps, hydrant system, and sprinkler system implementation, among others.
