Our scope of work covers civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) work, including modular fit-outs and installation, testing, and commissioning of engineering equipment.

Mr. Vinay K. Badera
Vinay is a civil engineer with over 25 years of experience in the construction sector. His excellent management skills and technical know-how have enabled the company to excel and deliver prestigious and award-winning projects with a focus on continuous innovation and performance.
As the managing director, he is self-motivated, ingenious, and results-driven, with a proven ability to develop and strengthen management teams. Vinay’s excellent communication and interpersonal skills have allowed him to establish rewarding relationships with stakeholders. His passion, vigor, valuable insights, and customer-first approach have enabled Shubham to execute projects across various verticals in the building infrastructure segment.
Mrs. Archana V. Badera
Mrs Archana V. Badera is an accomplished Electronics & Telecom engineer with over 15 years of corporate experience. Archana’s vast experience working with MNCs such as Infosys and KPIT made her the perfect candidate to manage the Finance & Human Resource Management functions at Shubham. Her expertise and dedication have been instrumental in implementing the latest financial and administrative processes, as well as efficient human resource practices, making Shubham a strong organization.
Beyond her vital role at Shubham, Archana is also an active business community member. As a convenor of the women’s wing at CREDAI Maharashtra, and a steering committee member of Kushal and the labour welfare committee of CREDAI, Pune metro, Archana is a valuable contributor to the forum.

CA Mangesh Katariya
With over two decades of experience in Financial Advisory Services, he is a Fellow member of ICAI and possesses a wealth of knowledge in Indian laws, rules and regulations, accounting practices, internal audit, and risk management.
Having joined our team in 2020, CA Mangesh Katariya is an authority in project finance and planning, and his expertise in corporate governance and strategic management is adding significant value to our organization.
